Welcome to the Pink and Lily

Situated in a prime position in the Chilterns and yet within easy reach of London and the M40, The Pink is at heart a proper country pub. Proud to serve the best that the locality has to offer – both in food and beer, menus showcase seasonal local produce whilst also embracing pub classics.

A pub for all seasons with roaring open fires in the winter and an extensive garden and children’s play area in the summer as well as a heated outdoor dining area and dining ‘pods’, The Pink caters for all – casual drinkers, walkers in search of a sandwich and those looking for a delicious dinner or a leisurely lunch. Goat cheese panna cotta, served with pickled wild mushrooms, balsamic reduction & thyme shortbread.

Chicken liver parfait, red onion & orange chutney with homemade bread

Fresh scottish mussels, cooked in shallots, white wine & garlic cream sauce, served with homemade bread.

Pan-fried scallops, chargrilled asparagus, black pudding with chives hollandaise.


Slow cooked Confit duck leg, served with dauphinoise potatoes, green beans and bourguignon sauce.

Traditional Bouillabaisse, with red mullet, gurnard, squid & rock lobster in a saffron & tomato broth.

Beer battered haddock fillet, crushed minted peas, fresh tartare sauce & hand-cut chips

8oz cheese & bacon burger on a brioche bun, fried onion chutney, served with hand-cut chips and corn on the cob

Braised Ox cheek, in a red wine jus, served with an oxtail pithivier, pearl barley & roasted carrots.

Broad beans, peas & asparagus risotto served with a rocket salad
